Alison Parker from the Woodborough Garden Centre will give a talk about her work, her interest in organic gardening as well as other methods, and the wild flower meadow that she has established. We'll surely get some ideas for wildlife-friendly gardening as well.

Directions: From the south, enter the village, going past the petrol station (on right) round two sharp bends, to the centre of village. Go past statue of King Alfred, fire station on right, then turn left (signposted Bouverie Hall/Library), and the Wesley Hall is almost immediately on your right behind the Methodist Church. From the north - come under a railway bridge to a mini-roundabout. Bear right past Royal Oak and Greyhound pubs, and then turn right signposted Bouverie Hall/Library. Then as above. Plenty of free parking just beyond the hall.
